per 55-minute session · private pay
The same fee applies to counseling and life & leadership coaching sessions.
- I provide superbills for counseling only, for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan; please check with your insurer.
- Coaching is a separate, private-pay service, not mental health treatment. I do not provide insurance superbills for coaching.
- You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for care. Ask for one at any time.
Telephone sessions and consultation FAQs
Are sessions audio-only?
Yes. All sessions are by telephone, with no video.
Why do you offer sessions by telephone?
I offer telephone sessions to create space for focused conversation and reflection without the visual demands of a video call. During our consultation, we’ll discuss whether this format suits your needs and preferences.
Do I need an app?
No. A phone with reliable service is all you need.
What setting do I need?
A private, quiet space where you can talk openly. Please don't attend sessions while driving or multitasking.
What if the call drops?
We'll reconnect by calling back as soon as possible.
What happens at the first appointment?
Our first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you here, ask questions, and identify goals together. You do not need to share everything at once. We'll also confirm whether telephone counseling is a good fit.
What if I travel?
Counseling sessions require your physical presence in PA, VA, NC, SC, FL, or VT. I confirm your location each session. Please let me know before you travel.
Is the consultation free?
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and whether my services are a good fit.
Is relationship coaching for couples?
No. I offer relationship coaching to individuals, not couples.
Do you offer coaching outside the states where you provide counseling?
Coaching is offered remotely and may be available beyond the states where I provide counseling. Availability is confirmed during your consultation based on your location, goals, and applicable requirements.
